We aim to finish each order in less than 24 hours. 
We strive to get your order in 5-10 business days. If we must send your order in batches, you should allow an additional 1 day to ship. If you’re placing an order for sale, it may be between 10 and 15 business days for delivery due to the outbound volume at our warehouse.

Which is my tracking number for my order?

Once your order is packed and ready for collection by the courier, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. The email should contain the number of your ticket as well as an address to the tracking site. This number can only be used after the courier scans the package. Therefore, it can take up to 24 hours for the number to appear in their system. This number is needed if there’s a problem and you want to call the courier company. It is possible to track and control your postal deliveries by visiting this site.

  • Did you check your mail folder?
